Our Project Management and design team, led by Fergal Mullally Architectural Tech and Project Manager, were brought in at an early stage to develop the project architects concepts into reality. 

Working alongside the Irish Distillers client team and OM Group architects we designed reception areas, break out spaces, canteen facilities, office furniture, branded display units and general branding and decoration. We were given a budget of €100,000 and through our skill and experience of design and specifying materials we were able to satisfy the design brief and supply all items within the allocated budget. 

We established ourselves into the wider construction team seamlessly and coordinated all programming and enabling works with the main contractor and their subcontractors to ensure that the project ran smoothly. Communication throughout the process was key, as it is with any project and this is one of our core strengths. 

We designed elements in-house and produced workshop drawings and 3D rendered visuals for presentation to the client and architect team. Once designs were submitted, discussed, revised and finally signed off, we undertook the fabrication of all items in our workshop. 

Our multi-disciplinary team manufactured all of the elements in our workshop to adhere to all of the architect’s requirements, building regulations, BS and IS standards, fire and disability regulation all the while staying true to the Irish Distillers brand guidelines set by the client. 

The new building was under construction within the working whiskey distillery. Besides the usual strict building construction site safety procedures the works on this project were layered with the extremely stringent safety protocols of the distillery. Our experiences team are well used to complying with any and all site rules and regulations, site inductions and safety procedures. We undertook the fit-out in coordination with all construction teams to a seamless and snag-free completion exactly to programme and budget.
